Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AISWAM website (the "Service") operated by AISWAM ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AISWAM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Ghana and foreign countries.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AISWAM. AISWAM has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the Africa Institute of Sanitation and Waste Management (KAISWAM) for your training needs. We are dedicated to providing high-quality education and training opportunities to all our participants. Please carefully review our updated Payment and Refund Policy.
Application Fee
Please note that the application fee is non-refundable and must be paid directly to the KAISWAM fees account upon submitting your application form.
Program Fees and Refunds
While KAISWAM is committed to delivering high-quality training, our policy regarding refunds for program fees has specific conditions:
Withdrawal from Program:
If a participant chooses to formally withdraw from a program one month (30 days) prior to its official start date, the School shall refund the program fees paid, less a 40% administrative charge. Please be advised that no refunds will be made for withdrawals occurring after this one-month deadline.
Overpaid Fees:
Refunds for overpaid fees are exclusively processed for students who have either successfully completed their program or have formally withdrawn from it in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
Refund Processing Time:
Please note that all refunds, including those for withdrawals or overpayments, will take a minimum of three (3) months to process from the date of approval.
Course Rescheduling Notice
In instances where a course must be rescheduled by the Africa Institute of Sanitation and Waste Management (KAISWAM) due to insufficient enrollment, paid applicants will automatically be enrolled in the next available scheduled session of the respective course. This policy is in place to ensure optimal learning environments and minimum participation requirements are met for all programs. Please be informed that fees paid are non-refundable in circumstances of course rescheduling by the institute, with enrollment transferring to the next session.
